Returns/Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase from Weestep.com, you can return it for any reason. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that certain items are nonreturnable, including discontinued and “Final Sale” items.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in their original condition. Returned/exchanged items must be sent in the original packaging. To complete your return/exchange, please send us an email to request a return/exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For exchanged item, you will receive a return label and we will send you the replaced item after we receive it. If you paid for the faster shipping when you placed your order, the shipping fee is not refundable.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or credit within 30 business days. Please note the transaction fee and original shipping charge are not refundable. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
